Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Budtender/ Dispensary Agents for an exciting, fast paced Cannabis Dispensary in the Kansas City, Missouri, area.You will need to be available to work evenings, weekends, and some Holidays.Shifts will be 8 hours. For strong workers, this has potential to become a permanent position.

You will use your exceptional customer service skills and sales experience to drive sales growth at the Dispensary. You are a team player and have the ability to build relationships quickly with your fellow employees and customers.Your knowledge about the cannabis plant gives you the ability to provide a great customer experience by providing customers with all information and resources available to help recommend the right product to best suit their needs.You will bring with you retail sales experience, and your ability to ramp up on software systems, such as POS systems, quickly.Ideally, you'll be bringing with you experience working in a very customer focused retail environment, along with being agile and comfortable with a quickly changing environment.If you are an organized multitasker with great communication skills, always give 100%, and have proven your ability to use your cannabis and hemp knowledge to establish credibility & rapport with customers, building professional, long-term relationships with them, then this could be the right role for you.

Compensation - Starting at $16/hour
