Genius Agency AI is seeking a dependable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our professional team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating tow trucks to assist customers with vehicle towing and roadside recovery services. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of safety, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles.
• Respond promptly to dispatch requests and provide timely towing services.
• Secure vehicles properly on the tow truck to avoid damage during transport.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tow trucks to ensure optimal functionality.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other team members.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate service records.
• Adhere to all safety policies, traffic laws, and company procedures.
• Assist customers professionally and provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Maintain tow truck cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Previous experience as a tow truck driver is an advantage.
• Knowledge of towing equipment and proper vehicle securing techniques.
• Ability to operate tow trucks in various weather and road conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Physical ability to perform towing-related tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Following safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times.
