In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient towing services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are handled with care. Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks to safely tow and transport vehicles as requested.
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide assistance in various situations。
• Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure the tow truck is in good working order before each shift。
• Secure vehicles properly on the tow truck to prevent damage during transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to provide timely updates on estimated arrival times.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients in a professional manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Manage your time efficiently to respond to multiple service requests throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a tow truck driver is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; a CDL is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and towing procedures.
• Excellent driving skills, with the ability to operate various types of tow trucks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform towing-related tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing quality service.
