You Have: 7+ years of experience with project management and supporting programs through planning, execution, monitoring, and close out phasesExperience coordinating cross functional teams, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project alignmentAbility to create and maintain product roadmaps that align business objectives, customer value, and technical feasibilitySecret clearanceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physical Science, Business, or MathematicsProgram Management Professional (PMP) CertificationNice If You Have: Experience managing complex and multi team initiativesExperience supporting strategic planning, identifying business growth opportunities, and aligning work with client missionsExperience with risk management frameworks, including identifying risks, scoring them, developing mitigation plans, and monitoring them using standard toolsExperience adapting to evolving requirements, managing scope changes, and maintaining delivery momentumAbility to assemble project teams, translate requirements into tasks, and manage resource constraintsPossession of excellent communication skills for updating stakeholders, leading discussions, and organizing project objectivesClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
