Job Description

Position Summary
Roda is seeking an experienced Tow Truck Driver to safely transport client and company vehicles
using a flatbed tow truck. The ideal candidate has hands-on towing experience, preferably holds a
valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), and understands that every client interaction should
reflect Roda's client-first philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
 Safely operate a flatbed tow truck and load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles.
 Complete local vehicle pickups, deliveries, roadside support, and shop-to-shop transfers.
 Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and immediately report safety or maintenance
concerns.
 Protect all vehicles from damage and follow applicable traffic, towing, and safety regulations.
 Communicate professionally with clients, dispatch, technicians, and shop leadership.
 Provide a calm, respectful, and helpful experience, especially when clients are dealing with
vehicle issues.
 Maintain accurate trip, mileage, inspection, and vehicle condition records.
 Keep the tow truck clean, organized, and ready for daily operation.
Qualifications
 Previous professional tow truck or flatbed towing experience required.
 Valid driver's license with a safe driving record; CDL strongly preferred.
 Knowledge of proper vehicle loading, tie-down, recovery, and transport procedures.
 Ability to work independently, respond reliably, and handle changing priorities.
 Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to exceptional client service.
 Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Vehicles are transported safely and on time, equipment is properly maintained, communication is
proactive, and every client feels respected and cared for throughout the experience.
